Flag us down

Mid-lift question, spec doubt, a jack point you cannot find on a weird unibody — flag us down. One address reaches the people who wrote this catalog: contact@tondatools.com. Plain-text answers, usually within a working day, occasionally with a diagram scrawled over a photo.

Order business — tracking, returns, the protection plan — moves fastest at the partner storefront where your order number lives; we will happily point the way if you start with us.

Suggestions for the line itself get forwarded straight to the Datong Machinery floor. More than one TONDA refinement started as a customer email with a photo of a stuck sill.
